Over the past 14 months, we have completely reviewed and improved our processes to ensure we deliver a more consistent, efficient, and high-quality service to our clients, residents, and stakeholders.
This has been far more than a compliance exercise. It has changed how we operate as a business, strengthened accountability across the team, and helped us create clearer standards in everything we do.
