If the issue requires more substantial repairs, our in house team (Bexley Homes LTD) can arrange for works at competitive rates as our staff are Gas safe engineers, NIC EIC electricians, drainage and pest control specialists, etc.

Additionally, no need to furnish the property, we can cover all furniture fit out!

Our rent guarantee means we will never miss a monthly payment for our duration of our lease terms (1-5 years). 

Therefore, over the term of your lease with us, it is likely you will have made a greater return then other rental solutions (factoring in all costs, etc).

We can back this up with over 20 years of providing this service.  

Upon inspection of the property by one of our Property Managers, we will liaise with our landlords to agree a monthly rent which works for us all, in-line with market rates!
